Is our earth currently experiencing an extreme climate change ? That's the big question lately . It is a common topic most seem willing to discuss these days because any changes to our planet will " most definetly " affect them personally . The simple answer would have to be a most definet " YES ". And yet since it IS happening , " then why is it happening " ? And does this FACT also spell trouble for the future of mankind as a whole ?

The " Big Meltdown " is just a " theory " . There is no " real " scientific proof to be found anywhere that can show it is real . And these scientist's know this fact .

" Greenie " " Save The World Science " lays claim that since the polar ice caps seem to be melting it thus is considered proof by them then that the entire planet is warming . But the real reason the polar ice caps are melting is NOT due to a natural warming of the planet . But is due to what I term a "local" warming of areas . Those area's being the Northern and Southern Poles . There is a reason for this .

The " Global Warming " ( myth ) establishment's lead front man Albert Gore .

Heat rises , that's a fact ! Thus logically if heat were placed inside a scale model globe that was insulated like our planet the heat would rise to the Northen end of the sphere would it not ? Well what about adding in the gravitational spin of our planet to get a more realistic effect ? Would the heat still rise to the Northern end of the globe . Yes it would if the model globe was spun at a scaled down ratio to match the revolution cycle of our planet . Where am I going with this ? If a heat source rises to the Northen end of a sphere ( North pole - Alaska ) then how can the temperature rise in the South pole ( Antarctica ) be explained ? Hmmmm ? Did that simple observation catch your eye ? It is a " logical " question to ask . The answer to the riddle may at first appear to be an unsolvable one . But that's what these village idiot's of the " Global Warming " ( myth ) establishment want this problem to appear to you as . That being " one huge unsolvable problem ". One that you may not feel to confident in attempting to solve all on your own . That way you may be more inclined to " allow them " to begin ( continue ) using certain " hardly known " technologies that are already altering the weather as well as our atmosphere and ionisphere. Why are certain well known people pushing the so called " global warming myth " ? They do it to hide the facts of a large ( still somewhat ) unknown ( past ) " black project " program that they were instrumental in initiating . One that is already in effect as of today and is in full operation . You don't believe Albert " Bore " got an Oscar award from the Motion Picture Academy all on his own do you ? This proven tactic is known in the real world as " pushing an agenda " or the promotion of a known lie to further their own goals . What goals would those be ? To do away with the likes of you ! The Greenies don't like you on this planet and they definetly want you gone . It's their main objective . The main component of this new ( literal )" cult " Al Gore is currently paying and training 1,000 persons whom are to be the front line in his " global agenda " . He also has stated that he intends on training 1,000 more of these individuals who will act as " ambassador's " for the Global Warming myth . These individuals will travel around the globe giving the Al Gore " Inconvenient Truth " speech ( that can be seen in the movie ) that garnered an award . There are also other notable peoples that are also involved with this false movement .

Singer / Artist Sheryl Crow is an active member in promoting the global warming myth . As well she is also a staunch " abortion rights " advocate as well as a advocate of people using " one sheet " of toilet paper during each visit to the bathroom . ( To which actress Rosie O'Donnell stated " has she seen my ass " ? in reply to hearing of Crow's idea's to stop this supposed " global warming " ) . Here is the quote from Crow that garnered the responce from O'Donnell . " I propose a limitation be put on how many squares of toilet paper can be used in any one sitting ". Can you believe the gall of these " Green Eco Nazi's " ?

She feels so strongly about this that she even approached Karl Rove at a dinner function that caused Rove to become very upset when she touched him on his arm while preaching to him about global warming . ( Personally if this ignorant idea of Crows was voted into law I would like to see how they would enforce it ? We all going to have detectors that will count the sheets as they go down or will they post an official outside our bathroom doors ? )

But Sheryl Crows connection to the " Green Team " is through her friend Laurie David who was the producer of the movie An Inconvenient Truth which Gore appeared in . Crow was also visited by Gore on her last show appearance of her two week " Stop Global Warming " college tour . Just how Crow has come to the conclusion that all of us using only one square of toilet paper will somehow stop " global warming " is beyond me folks ? The hypocrisy shown by these " Eco - Prophets " is truly astounding . And is beyond compare when it comes to them knowingly promoting these pure and outright lies about our global atmosphere .

These notable " Eco Prophets " such as Madonna , Bono , Bob Geldolph , Ed Begley Jr. are just a few of the worst of these individuals who stir up mass hysteria over the global warming myth . These " greenies " are all hypocritical in a large sense but since Al Gore is their " main front man " leading their effort's I will then focus mainly on his particular hypocrisy's . I do this to show you the reader Albert Gore's " REAL " Green Side .

Fact's Concerning Albert Gore's " Green Side " :

Albert Gore's Father made all of his money with the Occidental Petroleum Company and was head of the Occidental Coal Division . ( Does that sound like a green company to you ? )

Albert Gore stole all the oil from the " Naval Petrolium Reserve " ( a reserve intended for use in defence of our National Security ) during his tenure as Vice President by " privatizing " it . He then took this oil and sold it to the Occidental Petrolium Company . ( For someone who want's lower gasoline emmissions he sure is investing his interest's in the base product of said gasoline ).

Albert Gore then " privatized " the " Nations Oil Reserves " ( a reserve intended to supply Americans with oil during any " Oil Embargo's " set in place against our Nation by other oil producing Nation's . This reserve was created after the oil embargo of the 1970's which all but crippled American's and thus America ). Gore then took this reserve and " privatized " it as well . He then began selling it to the lowest bidder ( not the highest ) which just so happened to once again be Occidental Petrolium . ( There is that thirst for oil again ).

Albert Gore has a average yearly mansion " electric bill " of $ 30,000.00 . ( I can only guess that Gore may believe the reliablility of solar panels has not become worthwhile or " feasable " enough yet based on the study's realised during the last thirty years of research or use ) ?

This man whom clearly implyed in a vague way that he invented the " internet " now want's you to believe that he is " the man " for the job when it comes to cleaning up the world for you and your future offspring . He intentionally plays on that implanted assertion as well . How your children's children will "thank you" for saving their planet . What a "crock of crap" for sure . This man has invested about 5 minutes of his time into learning about " global warming " . That's the " Inconvenient Truth " .

Do you think I am being to harsh on the " ole' blue blood " with my views of him and those other Eco Prophet's of the " end times " mentioned earlier ? Would a well known opinion help you along ? Someone who has a record of not playing ball just because he is told to ? Yes I believe many would agree with the notion that investigative reporter John Stossel fit's " that bill " in many regards . When he was in college, atmospheric-science professor John Christy was told, "it
was a certainty that by the year 2000, the world would be starving and out of
energy."
That prediction has gone the way of so many others. But environmentalists
continue to warn us that we face environmental disaster if we don't accept the
economic disaster called the Kyoto treaty. Lawyers from the Natural Resources
Defense Council (another environmental group with more lawyers than scientists)
explain: "Sea levels will rise, flooding coastal areas." And Al Gore's new
movie, "An Inconvenient Truth," depicts a future in which cities are submerged
by rising sea levels.
Wow.
But many scientists laugh at the panic.
Christy says, "Doomsday prophecies grabbed headlines but have proven to be
completely false. Similar pronouncements today about catastrophes due to
human-induced climate change sound all too familiar."
But the media can't get enough of doomsday.
The Washington Post reported that because of melting ice caps and glaciers, "The
End Is Near!" But melting Arctic ice won't raise sea levels any more than the
melting ice in your drink makes your glass overflow.
MSNBC and the BBC ran stories on the coming calamity from Greenland's melting
glaciers. Unlike Arctic ice, those melting glaciers could raise sea levels. But
other reports note that Greenland's ice has been thickening in the interior of
Greenland.
The former vice president's film shows dramatic film of big chunks of ice
breaking off glaciers, but the "calving" of icebergs is a normal, natural
process involved in the growth of glaciers into the sea. The movie features some
majestic glaciers that existed in the 19th Century that have all but disappeared
today -- but it doesn't bother to mention any of the glaciers growing in Norway,
New Zealand and even the United States. The U.S. Forest Service reports that the
Hubbard Glacier in Alaska's Tongass National Forest is advancing so rapidly, it
threatens to close off a major fjord.
He shows shocking time-lapse photos of ice disappearing from Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The ice there has been melting for over a hundred years.
Climate always changes. "An Inconvenient Truth" implies that all serious
scientists agree that it is a crisis, and that the United States must
immediately reduce carbon dioxide emissions as dictated by the Kyoto treaty the
Bush administration so arrogantly refuses to sign -- the same treaty the
Clinton-Gore administration didn't even submit to the Senate.
But even advocates of Kyoto admit that if all nations signed the agreement and
obeyed it, it would affect global temperatures by less than a tenth of a degree!

To achieve a meaningful reduction in emissions, politicians would have to set
drastic limits on driving, air conditioning and all industrial production. I
suppose "essential" car use would be allowed, and politicians would decide what
is essential. A $10 a gallon tax on gasoline might be a start, and Al Gore could
funnel the tax money to the scientist "friends" he repeatedly cites in his movie.
Let's calm down.
The scary claims about heat waves and droughts are based on computer models. But computer models are lousy at predicting climate because water vapor and cloud
effects cause changes that computers fail to predict. They were unable to
anticipate the massive amounts of heat energy that escaped the tropics over the
past 15 years, forcing modelers back to the drawing board. In the mid-1970s,
computer models told us we should prepare for global cooling.
The fundamentalist doom-mongers ignore scientists who say the effects of global
warming may be benign. Harvard astrophysicist Sallie Baliunas says added carbon
dioxide in the atmosphere may actually benefit the world because more CO2 helps
plants grow. Warmer winters would give farmers a longer harvest season.
Why don't we hear about this part of the global warming argument?
"It's the money!" says Dr. Baliunas. "Twenty-five billion dollars in government
funding has been spent since 1990 to research global warming. If scientists and
researchers were coming out releasing reports that global warming has little to
do with man, and most to do with just how the planet works, there wouldn't be as
much money to study it."
And the politicians would have one less excuse to take control of our lives.

Al Gore's Inconvenient Lies
Al Gore's movie "An Inconvenient Truth" has some major flaws, the first one of
which is that it's perfectly propagandistic. The truth presented is Al Gore's
truth, no other human being anywhere on earth who has another truth or even a
significant variation of his truth is to be seen anywhere?

There was another interesting lie in "An Inconvenient Truth" which is that
limiting carbon emissions to combat warming would create jobs and prosperity.
This socialist buffoonery holds that if you have to build new windmills,
electric cars, and solar heaters there will be new jobs and new prosperity for
all. This is plain stupid of course but you can never make a Democrat believe
it. According to sound economic theory you don't produce prosperity when the
gov't decides by decree that certain products are no longer suitable for the
free market place. If that were true govt's around the world could end poverty
and bring prosperity to all by simply saying that products A,B, and C are now
deemed to be obsolete; we will declare this to be law, and then look forward to
the new jobs and greater prosperity that will come as entrepreneurs invent new
products to take the place of the ones which our crystal ball decreed to be
obsolete. It's a formula for economic growth that only a dead, dumb, and blind
socialist, or a Democrat, could love. It is also Al Gore's formula.

There were things to learn from the movie though. Did you know that quite
possibly, in the next ten years, a new ice age will descend on Europe? It is
true, at least according to Al Gore. When Greenland melts the resulting cold,
fresh water will stop the global conveyor of ocean currents from functioning as
it does now, and thus a new ice age will descend on Europe as it did when the
original Great Lakes of North America drained into the North Atlantic. So far we
have seen mountains of Artic ice, and now Antarctic ice, collapsing into into
the sea more than we have have seen the Twin Towers collapsing, but still the
climate of Europe, and my beaches, remain unchanged in 30 years? One thing is
certain: in ten years Al Gore may have little credibility left. Of course,
though, it was 30 years ago that Al Gore, as an impressionable college student,
became alarmed about global warming, but his reputation has only increased since
then despite no significant effects from global warming so far?

And of course the propagandistic Gore trotted out the fabled snows of
Kilimanjaro as proof of global warming. Yes, warming is taking place but lying
about Kilimanjaro only creates skeptics

Thompson cited five surveys of Kilimanjaro, from 1912, 1953, 1976, 1989 and
2000. From 1912 to 1953, global temperature rose 0.74F. Most scientists think
this warming had mainly to do with the sun, and little from human activity, as
the bulk of human greenhouse gas emissions took place in the second half of the
last century, not the first. Kilimanjaro's glaciers lost 45 percent of their
real extant ice in that era of non-human warming. If the glaciers had continued
on their merry way at the pace established in that period, they would be gone by
now.

And then of course Gore used Hurricane Katrina, his new best friend and lover,
but here's what Max Mayfield of the US Government Hurricane Center said to the
AP: The past 10 years have been the most active hurricane seasons on record, and
many researchers say the trend could persist for another 20 years or more. They
believe it's a consequence of natural salinity and temperature change in the
Atlantic's deep current circulation, elements that shift back and forth every
40-60 years. National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield agrees. He said
that while Atlantic hurricane seasons have been active for a decade, that isn't
true around the world. "In fact, the Asian Pacific is way down the past few
years. Is that due to global warming, a decrease in hurricanes? I haven't bought
into that one yet," he said.

Then there is the amazing guilt trip about America causing more global warming
than any other country.

On the personal side, Gore once again used his dead sister and his son's near
fatal accident to sell global warning exactly the way he used them through two
successive Democratic National Conventions to sell himself as a Vice
Presidential and Presidential Candidate? It felt exploitive at best. And, he
made a big point of how a nonscientist at the White House had rewritten
scientific reports on global warming because his income depended on it, but Gore
never explained how he is able to afford travel all over the world to give
1000's of slide presentations in support of global warming? It seems his income
too may now be very dependent on global warming.

The film did not mention global dimming (significant cooling of the earth caused
as the sun is shielded from the earth by jet engine exhaust) . When jet planes
were grounded from 9/11-9/13 scientists learned that jet exhaust significantly
shields the earth from the sun in a way that counteracts global warming to a
very large extent.

And odder still is that while Al Gore's beloved planet earth is perhaps 10 years
or so from final destruction he claims not to be interested in being President
of the United States, a position from which he would obviously be in the best
possible position to save all of our lives? He has time though. If he waits
until 2012 he'll still have 4 years or so to save the planet. But if he waits
till 2016 (not actually taking office until 2017) he may well have the distinct
honor of being the last President of the United States. That must be his
ulterior motive.

The " fact's " are this folks . Albert Gore was involved with implimenting " Project Woodpecker " during his tenure as Vice President of the United States . Bill Clinton was also involved with implimenting this project as well . They both knew that this program would " benefit " them financially as well as their long term " One World Order " objectives . It was a way to gain control over the masses of every nation on earth . We are being attacked folks . The " real reason " the planet is warming is because of this " Project Woodpecker " . Albert Gore is the circus arena grandmaster of ceremonies turning your attention towards the monkey act while the elephant's are rampaging your health , psyche , mind , body , and soul . All while you are distracted by the funny monkey's in clown suit's . The truth is that George Bush Sr. and Jr . are also involved by their knowledge and continuation of Project Woodpecker " NO WAY " ! You say ? In the Tulsa World (1-11-94), there was a small article entitled: "Weapons Designers Win Secret Award". It said this: "The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory won an award. The staff is very proud. The award is on display. But, they can't say what the honor was for. It's a secret. .Its 21 member "Project Woodpecker" team was cited. It won the Intelligence Community Seal Medallion. That's an award from the CIA and National Security Agency. The citation says the award was for solving complex problems."

PROJECT WOODPECKER pertains to the "Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating Method" now being used to alter the earth's magnetic field---inorder to modify weather, create or trigger earthquakes and volcanoes, spread viruses, create the phenomenom known as "electromagnetic pulse", and, to modify behavior control among the populous. The HAARP (i.e. High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) transmitter site, that is located NE of Gakona, AK, is large enough to cover most of the Northern Hemisphere. It is however but one of other such sites (some of which are known as "Ionospheric Research Instruments") scattered around the world. And, many of them here in the U.S. are able to tie into the much smaller GWEN (i.e. Ground Wave Emergency Network) remotely controlled transmitter sites that have been built all over the U.S. in a grid pattern, with their antennas spaced about every 200 miles or so.

The original research concerning the "Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating Method" was done by Nickola Tesla, and later expanded upon by not only Soviet scientists, but also by U.S. scientists, such as Bernard J. Eastland---a scientist who was associated with ARCO (Atlantic Richfield Oil Co.). ARCO has traditionally been controlled by members of the CFR (i.e. Council on Foreign Relations). Eastland, who was the "front man", now resides in TX. He transferred the patent rights to APTI, Inc. (i.e. ARCO Power Technologies Industry, Inc.) in the late 1980s, which was a Los Angeles, CA subsidiary of ARCO. APTI, Inc. then sold out to "E-Systems" on June 10, 1994, which company has pretty much, over the years, been under the control and influence of the CIA. On April 3, 1995, "E-Systems" sold out to the still larger Raytheon Corp. I don't know what has happened, by way of "transfers" since that time.

The U.S. and the Soviet Union first began secret cooperation on world weather engineering in about 1971. On July 4, 1976, the Soviets began generating powerful electromagnetic transmissions, that were dubbed "The Russian Woodpecker" by western ham radio operators. On June 18, 1977, the US government OFFICIALLY became covert partners with the Soviets in these operations by sending them sophisticated scientific material and equipment for further research and development. The secret code name given US operations was Project Woodpecker. The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory located at Livermore, CA was and is the main research center for US development of the Project. Covert funding for the Project was funneled through the CIA and the National Security Agency. The DOD and NASA have, of course, been cooperating in the Project from the beginning stages.

On Jan. 10, 1985 there was officially filed of record a Patent No. 4,686,605 entitled: a "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere". The Patent was approved on Aug. 11, 1987. This Patent explains and describes the "Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating" method that is presently being covertly and cooperatively used by the two super powers to help bring about their coveted NEW WORLD ORDER, which is a "One World Government".

In 1993, researchers announced that they had discovered (back as early as perhaps 1985) a never before seen network of rivers, some of which flow for thousands of miles ABOVE earths surface, that transport as much water in the form of vapor as the Amazon River. Apparently, these narrow streams of ATMOSPHERIC rivers are transient, but at any given time, there are at least a few of them in the atmosphere, typically around five in each Hemisphere. The longest of them runs for about 4800 miles. They are generally about 150 miles wide (the largest being almost 500 miles wide), and about a mile deep, with some 364 million pounds of vapor flowing past a given spot each SECOND---which is comparable to an average flow of the Amazon River. These atmospheric rivers are flowing at an altitude of no more than 1.9 miles above the earth's surface, which makes them readily reachable by low pressure weather cells. In general, the atmospheric rivers head for the poles, but on the way, they can get deflected by the earth's Jet Stream. Their flow originates from along the equator. These vapor rivers sometimes get sucked into low pressure systems, and are the major sources of the massive flows of water that rains out of the storms and into the sky river's counterparts on land. US and Soviet scientists are now cooperatively "tracking" these atmospheric rivers for use in covert activities of Project Woodpecker.

In order to fully understand how the conspirators are able to use high powered r.f. transmissions to trigger earthquakes and/or volcanoes, one must have some knowledge of the "principle of sympathetic vibratory resonance". Von Nostrand's SCIENTIFIC ENCYCLOPEDIA (Seventh Edition) defined RESONANCE: "Every physical system (i.e. all bodies, structures, mediums, etc.) has one or more NATURAL (or Fundamental) VIBRATION FREQUENCIES, characteristic of the system itself and deterrmined by constants pertaining to the system.If such a system is given impulses with some arbitrary frequency, it will necessarily vibrate with that frequency, even though it is not one of those NATURAL to it." These "forced vibrations" may be very feeble, but if the impressed frequency is varied, the response becomes rapidly more vigorous whenever any one of the NATURAL (i.e. Fundamental or a harmonic of that Fundamental) frequencies is approached. Its amplitude often increasing many fold as an exact synchronism (i.e. or at a harmonic of the NATURAL) frequency is reached. This effect is known as RESONANCE. The greatest vibration will be induced in a system at its NATURAL or FUNDAMENTAL frequency (or at a harmonic thereof).

The Earth's NATURAL (or Fundamental) frequency (also sometimes referred to as the Schumann Resonance) is about 10 Hz. This appears to be the Resonant Frequency of our Galaxy, so, all bodies, structures, mediums, etc. within our particular Galaxy will be found to be RESONANT at either this Natural frequency or around 10 Hz, or at a harmonic thereof.

In the triggering of Earthquakes or Volcanoes, the trick is in determining the unique resonant frequency of the Earth's mantle AT THAT PARTICULAR SPOT (or target!) ON THE EARTH. Once the conspirators determine this, they can unleash an ELF carrier frequency through the earth, and then SUPERIMPOSE the harmonic frequency of the "target zone" using a second set of transmitters. This might be called: "Selective Targeting". Of course, the conspirators will also have predetermined that the target zone will have built up enough stress within the zone to be "ripe" for activation.

This system of using ELF radio waves as a technique has many other applications. Not only is it being used to artificially trigger earthquakes and volcanoes, to develop high and low pressure weather cells that are used to steer the Jet Streams, to transport and deposit microscopic entities such as viruses and chemical agents, but, they are able to create a phenomenon known as an earth damaging "electromagnetic pulse" (EMP).

To understand how they do it, one must have at least some knowledge about the earth's magnetic field. The earth's magnetic field is comprised of atoms which are gyrating about a magnetic field line as its guiding center. The atoms are comprised of negatively charged electrons and positively charged protons. If you would look at a cross section of earth at the equator, you would see a solid core at the center, ringed by a liquid layer of molten iron, which is in turn surrounded by the solid mantle and crust. Within the liquid layer are several constantly circulating streams of iron called convection cells which work like oval conveyor belts. Driven by heat from the core, material in these cells rises towards the mantle, where it cools and sinks back down, until the heat pushes it up again. Geologists believe, that after these cells formed, early in the earth's history, the weak magnetic field that permeates the galaxy generated in them an electric current which in turn generated the earth's "magnetic field".

Now, inorder for you to understand how the magnetic field lines of our earth work, you must understand the basic principal of how a simple "magnet" works. And, the way that most of us learned it back in our earlier school years, was WRONG WRONG WRONG! There is a "old concept" and, a "new concept" of the laws of magnetism. In the "new concept", you will note that there is a "NEGATIVELY charged NORTH MAGNETIC POLE, and, a POSITIVELY charged SOUTH MAGNETIC POLE. (Draw it out on a piece of paper). The atom leaves the South Magnetic Pole spinning to the right (or clockwise). It then dips to the surface of the earth (at its Equator), and changes its spin (or phase relationship) by 180 degrees. When it leaves the Magnetic Equator of the Earth, it travels with a left (or counterclockwise) spin to re-enter the earth at the North Magnetic Pole. The negatively charged electrons and positively charged protons both follow helical paths around a field line, but they rotate at a certain gyromagnetic or 'CYCLOTRON FREQUENCY' in opposite directions. There is therefore linear movement along the earth's magnetic field lines. Thus, one can see, that this change in phase relationship between electrons and protons creates a different potential of magnetic energy in the Northern as compared to the Southern Hemisphere. By way of analogy, winds in low pressure weather cells circulate counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere, but they circulate clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere.

When side-by-side earth magnetic field lines are "altered" by speeding up one line's flow of negatively charged electrons, the magnetic field strength will combine to form a larger and stronger field. If the electron flow around one line is reversed or slowed down, the magnetic field strength between any two lines can be made to oppose each other and tend to cancel or lessen the magnetic field strength. The "force of gravity" in that particular local can thus be made to increase or decrease.

The atmospheric media that is being crossed by the earth's magnetic field lines is itself comprised of various molecules whose elements have different energy levels and which gyrate at different frequencies. Relatively recent discoveries have established that there are naturally occurring radiation belts (sometimes referred to as the Van Allen belts) of trapped ionized particles, which particles bounce or oscillate back and forth at a specific cyclotron frequency, between so-called magnetic mirrowed boundaries, along the earth';s magnetic field lines. The scientific conspirators have also discovered that they can artificially increase the density of the charged particles within these radiation belts, and even create a radiation belt where none had existed, by injecting large clouds of gases---such as lithium, barium, hydrogen, etc.---from orbiting satellites or from earth launched rockets. These injected gases become ionized by the ultraviolet light of the sun, and by injecting them at a certain critical velocity. The procedure is enhanced when they are injected during periods of so-called "high tidal forces"---such as at New or Full Moon. And, when the Moon is at "perigee" and/or when it is over the "Equator". Also, when the Sun is directing large Solar Flares and/or Coronal Ejections towards the Earth.

By using extremely high powered radio transmitters to transmit a "tuned circular polarized ELF radio wave along or parallel to selected earth magnetic field lines, the charged electrons within that radiation belt will become "excited" or "heated". This causes the charged particles to move outward in a "plum" out of their mirrowed boundaries. The plume of heated rising plasma is replaced by new plasma within the radiation belt. The aforementioned Patent states that temperature within the target radiation belt can be raised by hundreds of degrees, which incidentally is sufficient to cause an air glow or a phenomenon known as aurela boralis. This might be the only way that you might know that such covert operations are taking place. There may also be a sonic boom or noise that might occur from the rf bombardment. To continue: The kinetic energy of the moving particles so developed is on the same order of magnitude as the total kinetic energy of stratospheric winds known to exist. These changes in temperature and winds aloft gives rise to the creation of high and/or low pressure weather cells that can alter the paths of the earth's Jet Streams. By using multiple transmitters, these weather cells can be made to move or hover over selective locations on earth, thus causing torrential damaging moisture to occur in some areas, while devastating droughts are made to occur in other areas. When the electromagnetic energy is suddenly released (by DECREASING the earth's magnetic field strength along that specific earth magnetic field line), the low pressure cell with its rising plume of air can be made to collapse---thus dumping the high winds and moisture that was present in that particular cell. This would be called a microburst by the weather guys reporting on your local TVs. These damaging hurricane strength winds would be "straight line winds".

When the rf bombardment of a target radiation belt is extremely powerful, the negatively charged electrons and positively charged protons can be forceably made to separate. This will cause an earth damaging electromagnetic pulse to occur, that is similar to lightning. This EMP will couple to surface antennas and power transmission lines, which will destroy sensitive electronic equipment. Thus, power outages can be so induced over selective targets.

That is basically as best that I can explain to you, the capability of this technique for world conquest. Sorry it took so long to read. But, as you can see, it aint easy

What this program " essentially " states is that there is an " altering " of your atmosphere being perpitrated by these " High Officialed " individuals . They are playing god with you and all around you like the false " nature gods " of Lucifer to whom they worship . This program is but one in many that they are assulting you with constantly . These people in power and or connected to the " Green Team " in some fashion are all in favor for quardining off sections of your country and designating it untouchable for you to inhabit . They wish to preserve what has not been inhabited by you and many like you so that it remains pure . But only pure in the sence that you and your " smelly " kind have not tainted it yet in their view . And because they desire these sections of land for themselves during the " great tribulation " period spoken of in the book of Revelations in the Bible . They also desire these certain area's because of the " energy lines " located in almost all of these land sections . Most of these " Eco Prophet's " hold these particular sections of land " sacred " for their worship of those " false gods "of nature mentioned earlier . The FACT IS that many of these " Eco Prophet's " are Wiccans , New Agers , Satanist's , Nazi's , and religiously practice the Celtic section of " Pagan Worship " from the ancient Druid's . These proposed quardined off land sections containing mineral properties like crystal , gold , diamond's and other " satanic ritualistic tools " of their trade they believe are important and can ( and eventually will ) be used by them in their ultimate quest to contain and control everything and everyone on this planet as well as every other planet throughout all of space . That is how Lucifer operates . He want's control of all things great or small . From the inside out . And without any objectors like yourself telling him any different .
